Description : The Professional Regulation Commission-National Capital Region (PRC-NCR), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) and the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Twenty - Eight Thousand Pesos (Php. 5,928,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity on the Provision of Transportation Service for the Professional Regulation Commission - National Capital Region (PRC - NCR) for CY 2026/ITB 2026-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Bid opening shall be at 1:30 PM on December 17, 2025 at the PRC-NCR BAC Conference Room, 14th Floor Cyberpod 2, Eton Centris, EDSA corner Quezon Avenue, Quezon City. Bidders, who will be given the link, may join the bid opening via videoconferencing.
