Description : Invitation to Bid for [Early Procurement Activity] Procurement of Security Services for the Department of Foreign Affairs for the Period 01 January to 31 December 2026
1. The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP), intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Million Pesos (PhP 170,000,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the [Early Procurement Activity] Procurement of Security Services for the Department of Foreign Affairs for the Period 01 January to 31 December 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Foreign Affairs, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required from 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
