EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY
FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL ASSISTANCE FOR INDIGENT / FINANCIALLY INCAPABLE PROGRAM

1. The Municipality of Hagonoy Bulacan through the GoP Fund intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE PESOS (₱24,999,671.00) being the Proposed Budget for the Contract (PBC) to payments under the contract for the EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL ASSISTANCE FOR INDIGENT / FINANCIALLY INCAPABLE PROGRAM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Hagonoy, Bulacan now invites bids for the above Early Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
