Description : The Bulacan State University (BulSU), through the NEP 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php13,290,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity - Procurement of 45 Units and 150 Units of Desktop Computer for BulSU-College of Engineering (G-2025-37) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Bulacan State University (BulSU) now invites bids for Early Procurement Activity - Procurement of 45 Units and 150 Units of Desktop Computer for BulSU-College of Engineering (G-2025-40) using the Competitive Bidding procedures with LCRB criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required within Forty-five (45) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
