Description : Invitation to Bid for [Early Procurement Activity] Procurement of 2026 Local Healthcare Coverage
1. The Department of Foreign Affairs, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP), intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Nine Million Six Hundred Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Nine Pesos (PHP 259,602,909.70) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the [Early Procurement Activity] Procurement of 2026 Local Healthcare Coverage. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Foreign Affairs now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required from 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
