The Philippine Information Agency, through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 2,310,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY FOR ONE (1) LOT FLAGSHIP-LEVEL SMARTPHONE PIA ITB 2025-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
