for the Use of WVMC
IB No. 2025-001

1. Western Visayas Medical Center through the HFEP 2025 (Diagnostic Imaging), Trust Fund-Income (Diagnostic and Dept. of Ophtha) and Bucas Fund (Bucas) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (Php299,994,400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of Various Medical Equipment for the Use of WVMC, IB No. 2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Western Visayas Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Goods is required within the period specified under SECTION VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project, equivalent to at least Fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
