The PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION (PRC) - Regional Office IX, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), National Expenditure Program (NEP) of 2026 with a total amount of One Million Eight Hundred Four Thousand Five Hundred Forty Pesos (₱ 1,804,540.00) inclusive of all applicable bank and government charges being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of Supply and Delivery of Additional ICT Equipment for FY 2026 with ITB No. 2025-11-10 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
