Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Subscription of Main Internet Service Provider for DHSUD Central Office from February to December FY 2025

1. The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), through the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php2,200,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Subscription of Main Internet Service Provider for DHSUD Central Office from February to December FY 2025 with Project Identification No. 12-19-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

This is an Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of the DHSUD for FY 2025. This procurement requirement shall be governed by the laws, rules and regulations, and procedure under Appendix 31 (Guidelines on the Implementation of Early Procurement Activities (EPA) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184 (RA 9184).
