EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) OF SECURITY SERVICES IN THE PHILIPPINE INFORMATION AGENCY (PIA) FOR FY 2026 PIA ITB 2025-07

1) The Philippine Information Agency (PIA) through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 11,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity of Security Services in the Philippine Information Agency for FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Philippine Information Agency now invites bids for Early Procurement Activity of Security Services for the PIA Central Office FY 2026. Delivery of the Goods is required from January - December 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
