1. The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela, through the LBP LOAN intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN PESOS AND TWENTY THREE CENTAVOS (Php4,284,227.23), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR THE ROAD REBLOCKING WITH 18” Ø RC PIPE DRAINAGE, WALKWAY, CURB AND GUTTER AT DON JUAN BANIGAN ST., BARANGAY SAN FERMIN, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
