EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR THE ROAD CONCRETING AT RUFINO LIGGAYU ST., BRGY. CATALINA TO CARABATAN BACAREÑO, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA

1. The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela, through the LBP LOAN intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTEEN PESOS AND SEVENTY ONE CENTAVOS (Php1,918,313.71), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR THE ROAD CONCRETING AT RUFINO LIGGAYU ST., BRGY. CATALINA TO CARABATAN BACAREÑO, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
