The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela, through the LBP LOAN intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE PESOS AND SIXTY EIGHT CENTAVOS (Php2,372,371.68), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR THE ROAD CONCRETING WITH 12”Ø RC PIPE CROSS DRAINAGE, WING AND HEAD WALL 6” CHB AT C. ATIENZA BLVD., BARANGAY MINANTE 2, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
