INVITATION TO BID FOR THE EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR THE PROVISION OF JANITORIAL SERVICES WITH SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF JANITORIAL CONSUMABLES FOR GOVERNOR CELESTINO GALLARES MULTI-SPECIALTY MEDICAL CENTER FOR FY 2026

The Governor Celestino Gallares Multi-Specialty Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Six Hundred Forty Seven Two Hundred Eighty Six Pesos and Thirty Two Centavos Only (PhP14,647,286.32) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CB#2025-11-0008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The GCGMSMC, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Six Hundred Forty Seven Two Hundred Eighty Six Pesos and Thirty Two Centavos (PhP 14,647,286.32) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item.et al.
