  Description : 1. The CONRADO F. ESTRELLA REGIONAL MEDICAL AND TRAUMA CENTER (CFERMTC), using a single- year Framework Agreement, through the 2025 National Expenditure Program, intends to apply the sum of Five Million, Four Hundred Fifty Five Thousand, Nine Hundred Forty Five (P 5,455,945.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Procurement of Various Laboratory Supplies and Reagents for CY 2025 through Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The CONRADO F. ESTRELLA REGIONAL MEDICAL AND TRAUMA CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Seven (7) Calendar Days upon issuance of Call- off. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
