Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF HIGHLAND VEGETABLE SEEDS IN SUPPORT TO VEGETABLE PRODUCTIVITY ENHANCEMENT AND TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE VEGETABLE CLUSTERS OF THE REGION UNDER HIGH VALUE CROPS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FY 2026

1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA, through the HVCDP Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Nine Pesos and 95/100 (Ᵽ 499,669.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Procurement of Highland Vegetable Seeds in Support to Vegetable Productivity Enhancement and to be distributed to the Vegetable Clusters of the Region under High Value Crops Development Program FY 2026 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
