Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF GARDEN TOOLS UNDER NATIONAL URBAN AND PERI-URBAN AGRICULTURE PROGRAM FY 2026

1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA, through the National Urban and Peri-Urban Agriculture Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ 944,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Procurement of Garden Tools under National Urban and Peri-Urban Agriculture Program FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
