Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 1 UNIT MOTOR VEHICLE PICK-UP UNDER GENERAL ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES CY 2026

1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA, through the GENERAL ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ 2,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Procurement of 1 unit Motor Vehicle Pick-Up under General Administration and Support Services CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
