1) The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU), through the National Expenditure Program FY2026 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Seven Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Two Pesos and Thirty Nine Centavos Only (PHP 15,755,722.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) Petroleum Through Electronic Fleet Card System for the period of 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
