Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) OF MEDICAL GAS

1) The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, through the Income/GAA/SAA intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Seven Million One Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Eight pesos only (PHP 37,192,868.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of Medical Gas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for above Procurement Project using the Competitive Bidding Procedures. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
