1) The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU), through the National Expenditure Program FY2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (PHP1,980,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Lease of Real Property to be Used as Independent Decommissioning Body (IDB) Accommodation Facility of the IDB Staff for the period 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
