The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the 2026 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Seven Hundred Eighteen Thousand Pesos Only (Php 16,718,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 26-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
