1. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, using a single-year Framework Agreement for a duration of one (1) year, through the 2024 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Five Million Four Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos and Sixty Centavos (Php135,489,485.60) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 24-013. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
