1.The NIA-QUEZON IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHT PESOS & 86/100 (P 5,649,908.86) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Construction of Upstream and Downstream Dam Protection and Canal Lining with Canal Structures along Main Canal and MFD#1 of Panaon Communal Irrigation System located in Unisan, Quezon with Project Identification No. 4AQ-RRC-26-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
