1.The NIA-QUEZON IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY-ONE PESOS & 2/100 (P 5,649,641.02) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Construction of Canal System at Main Canal #2 (Sta. 0+723.10-1+672.00) and DSFD#6-1 (Sta. 0+035.00-0+196.00) of Del Rosario Communal Irrigation System located in Tagkawayan, Quezon with Project Identification No. 4AQ-ROC-26-005.
