FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT CY 2024
1. The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Government Appropriations Act (GAA) and its Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Four Thousand Two Hundred Forty Pesos (Php 14,004,240.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
2. The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC NUCLEAR MEDICINE UNDER SINGLE- YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT CY 2024.
