  Description : 1. The National Food Authority (NFA) - Region 1, through its Corporate Operating Budget for the year 2025, intends to apply the sum of Forty One Million One Hundred Sixty One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Eight and 36/100 (Php41,161,938.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Security Services covering the period January to December 31, 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The NFA-Region 1 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Provision of the Security Services is required from January to December 31, 2025. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
