Description : 1. The Municipal Government of Baler, through its SEPCIAL EDUCATION FUND CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (PhP 1,199,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the EPA FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SPORTS UNIFORM FOR APAA 2026 (MGB- 2025-0037). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Baler now invites bids for the EPA for the PROCUREMENT OF SPORTS UNIFORM FOR APAA 2026 (MGB- 2025-0037). Completion of the Works required is THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II Instruction to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act.
