Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES (EPA) FOR THE SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF STAND SPRAY FLOWERS TO BE GIVEN TO CONSTITUENTS OF MUNTINLUPA

1) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF MUNTINLUPA, through the 2026 Executive Budget intends to apply the sum of ₱4,310,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activities (EPA) for the Supply & Delivery of Stand Spray Flowers to be given to Constituents of Muntinlupa /3752. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF MUNTINLUPA now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activities (EPA) for the Supply & Delivery of Stand Spray Flowers to be given to Constituents of Muntinlupa /3752. Delivery of the Goods is required within 1 year (staggered delivery) from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
