1) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF MUNTINLUPA, through the 2026 Executive Budget intends to apply the sum of ₱7,522,044.80 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activities (EPA) for the Supply & Delivery of Blood Bank Screening, I-Stat (Point Care for CABG Machine), HBA1C Reagent Tie-up, Typing Sera & Rapid Test Kits/3907. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF MUNTINLUPA now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activities (EPA) for the Supply & Delivery of Blood Bank Screening, I-Stat (Point Care for CABG Machine), HBA1C Reagent Tie-up, Typing Sera & Rapid Test Kits/3907.
