INVITATION TO BID FOR THE EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES (EPA) FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MEDICAL SUPPLIES OF OR PHARMACY FOR CY 2026

1) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center through its GAA and its Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Seven Million Two Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Five Pesos and 80/100 (Php 57,265,905.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project, EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES (EPA) FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MEDICAL SUPPLIES OF OR PHARMACY FOR CY 2026 with IB No. 2025-018 BAC I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the calendar year 2026.
