Description : 1) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center, through the GOP intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Nine Million Six Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Seven Pesos and Forty-Two Centavos (Php 79,632,647.42) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activities (EPA) for the Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory Supplies and Reagents for CY 2026, IB 2025-034 BAC III. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center now invite bids for the above procurement project. The criterion for evaluation to determine the award of contract shall be Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) as provided for in Section 58.2.a of RA 12009 and it-s IRR and Instruction to Bidders 26.3.a of Bidding Document (May 2025-First Edition).
