EARLY PROCURMENT ACTIVITIES (EPA) FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR FY 2026

1. The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Four Million Fifty Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos and 2/100 (Php 404,050,477.02) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activities (EPA) for the Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines for FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC) now invites bids for Early Procurement Activities (EPA) for the Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines for FY 2026. Delivery of the Goods is required within the fiscal year 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
