Description : Section I. Invitation to Bid

1. Pursuant to RA 9184 and DBM Circular No. 2016-4, government entities may undertake “Early Procurement Activities (EPA)” to ensure the timely implementation of priority programs, projects, and activities for the upcoming fiscal year, provided that no Notice of Award (NOA) shall be issued until the approval of the Annual Budget for the corresponding year. The Local Government Unit of Tunga, Leyte, through the Mayor-s Office/ MENRO Funded under the 20% Development Fund for Budget Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (Php5,000,000.00) being the Proposed Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase and Installation of Thermal Decomposition Machine at Municipal MRF. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-Tunga, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 60 Calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
