Description : 1) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center, through the GOP intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty-four Million Three Hundred Fifty-six Thousand Two Hundred Forty Pesos (Php264,356,240.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activities (EPA) For the Lease of Services for Various Laboratory Tests for CY 2026, IB 2025-033 BAC III. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center now invite bids for Early Procurement Activities (EPA) for the Lease of Services for Various Laboratory Supplies and Reagents for CY 2026, IB 2025-033 BAC III using the nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as provided for in Section 59 of RA 12009 and it-s IRR. The criterion for evaluation to determine the award of contract shall be Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) as provided for in Section 58.2.a of RA 12009 and it-s IRR and Instruction to Bidders 26.3.a of Bidding Document (May 2025-First Edition).
