1. The Municipality of Bacnotan, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of:

being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Bacnotan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days upon the issuance of Notice to Proceed.
