The OSCP System is a plugin component of E-TRACS (Enhanced Tax Revenue Assesment and Collection System), a compehensive software system designed for local government units to improve the collection, treasury, and accounting functions related to revenue generation. The E-TRACS, however, is not only designed to handle evenue; it is a platform that can run other modules seamlessly integrated as one system. Will eliminate duplication of work done by maximizing the reuse of already-built software components.
