Description : 1. The Mindanao State University-Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (MSU-TCTO), through GAA 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE Pesos and 13/100 (PhP2,077,729.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the E-LABORATORY SETUP: RETROFITTING A TRADITIONAL CLASSROOM INTO A DIGITAL LEARNING SPACE FOR LANGUYAN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Mindanao State University-Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography now invites bids for the E-LABORATORY SETUP: RETROFITTING A TRADITIONAL CLASSROOM INTO A DIGITAL LEARNING SPACE FOR LANGUYAN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL. Completion of the Works required is 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
