Description : Dumping/Tipping and Rental of 10-Wheeler Dump truck of Municipal Waste for the year 2025

1. The Municipality of Pagsanjan, through the 20% Development Fund of 2025, intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Six Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (9,610,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Dumping/Tipping and Rental of 10-Wheeler Dump Truck of Municipal Waste for the Year 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Pagsanjan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Three Hundred Sixteen (316) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
