SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRAND NEW VAN
(PR No. 2024091308)

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Administrative Service - General Services Division Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP1,450,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Brand New Van.

2. The DSWD now invites technically, legally, and financially capable supplier for the project at hand. Interested bidders are requested to submit the Technical and Financial Component as specified in the herein attached Checklist of Technical and Financial Documents.

3. The procurement procedure that will be adopted is Negotiated Procurement considering that there has been two failure of biddings pursuant to Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act (GPRA)....
