Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR DRYDOCKING, RETROFITTING AND REPOWERING OF BRP EDSA II (SARV 5603)(REBIDDING)1) The Philippine Coast Guard, through the General Appropriation Act of CY-2025intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Million Pesos Only (PhP290,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Drydocking, Retrofitting and Repowering of BRP EDSA II (SARV 5603) (Rebidding). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Philippine Coast Guard now invites bids for Drydocking, Retrofitting and Repowering of BRP EDSA II (SARV 5603) (Rebidding) with Competitive Bidding as a mode of procurement using the Lowest/Single Calculated Responsive Bid (L/SCRB) as an award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
