DRYDOCKING AND REPAIR OF MV EAGLE FERRY
(Calayan, Cagayan)

1. The Local Government of Calayan, through the Operation of Passenger Vessel (OPV) and Supplemental Budget 2021, No. 3, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 3,200.000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for DRYDOCKING AND REPAIR OF MV EAGLE FERRY of Calayan, Province of Cagayan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Calayan now invites bids for DRYDOCKING AND REPAIR OF MV EAGLE FERRY of Calayan, Province of Cagayan. Delivery of the Goods is required Seventy Five (75) Calendar days Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project accredited by MARINA.
