INVITATION TO BID

1.0 The Municipal Government of Carles, Province of Iloilo through its Annual Budget Appropriations (5% MDRRMF 2025) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Drugs and Medicines Expenses for Diseases Outbreak Prevention, Mitigation & Control such as Dengue, Covid and Others. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.0 The Municipal Government of Carles - Bids and Awards Committee now invites bid for the Drugs and Medicines Expenses for Diseases Outbreak Prevention, Mitigation & Control such as Dengue, Covid and Others. Completion of the delivery of goods is required within Ten (10) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
