PROJECT : Drug Testing Services for PCA Central Office Employees
LOCATION : Philippine Coconut Authority, Diliman, Quezon City
I. Scope of Work
The project involves the procurement of a professional and DOH-accredited drug testing service provider to conduct drug testing for 276 PCA employees (permanent, contractual, and contract of service) in the Central Office. This initiative is in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 02 - Drug-Free Workplace, in accordance with Republic Act No. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002), and by virtue of Executive Order Series of 2018, implementing Dangerous Drugs Board Resolution No. 2, Series of 2018.
Specific Tasks and Deliverables:
1. Provision of Drug Testing Services for 276 individuals:
o The drug test must include screening for Methamphetamine (Shabu) and Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC/Marijuana).
o The service provider must conduct on-site sample collection at PCA Central Office.
o All testing must be conducted by DOH-accredited laboratory personnel.
2. Issuance of Individual Test Results:
