Description : Invitation to Bid for DRUG PREVENTION AND AWARENESS PROGRAM: Youth Against Drugs!
ITB No. 2023-003

1. The Bids and Awards Committee of Barangay Carmona, through the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) Funds, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twelve Thousand Pesos (P 612,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the program/projects/activities entitled DRUG PREVENTION AND AWARENESS PROGRAM: Youth Against Drugs! received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee of Barangay Carmona now invites bids for DRUG PREVENTION AND AWARENESS PROGRAM: Youth Against Drugs! bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
