- Drone technology briefing and field services (50ha.) of direct seeding and crop protection spraying on July 28, 2023.
- Inclusive of farm inputs specific to drone requirements for the application of fertilizers and herbicides (50ha.).
The drone technology services provider must present the following proof of certification:
1. Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) issued by the Civil Aeronautics Board;
2. Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA) license as a Drone Spraying Operator (DSO) for herbicide, pesticide, and fertilizer application.
3. Remote Piloted Aircraft (RPA) registration with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) - pertains to the drone unit.
4. Remote Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) Operator's Certificate for Agriculture issued by CAAP - pertains to the drone pilot.
