Description : -Must be a duly licensed contractor principally engaged in providing manpower services and possess substantial capital necessary in the conduct of its business on its own account and responsibility.

-Must be a duly organized and validly existing corporation, has a valid and subsisting business permit, has a valid and subsisting registration as a contractor from DOLE VII.

-Must be compliant with all existing labor laws, including minimum wage, 13th mo. pay, SIL, SSS/PHIC/HDMF premium contributions, and other mandatory benefits as prescribed by law.

-Must provide a competent, professionally trained, reliable, honest, and carefully selected driver who shall render service as agreed upon, to work eight (8) hours a day, five (5) days a week, from Mondays to Fridays and on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays when the exigency of the service so required.

-Must be able to provide reliever and/or replacement at all times in case of absence.
