1) The Cabanatuan City Water District, through the Approved Budget for 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php7,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Drilling of Two (2) Exploratory / Production Well - 10 INCH at Villa Benita PS and Mayapyap Sur PS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Cabanatuan City Water District now invites bids for Drilling of Two (2) Exploratory / Production Well - 10 INCH at Villa Benita PS and Mayapyap Sur PS. Delivery of the Goods is required 180 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
