Invitation to Bid for Drilling of One (1) Production Well

1. The Cabagan Water District (CWD) has an approved Program of Work (POW) amounting to ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 1,690,000.00) from the CWD Corporate Budget Approved by the Board of Directors for the Drilling of One (1) Production Well.
2. The CABAGAN WATER DISTRICT through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for Drilling of One (1) Production Well. Completion of Works is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed Five (5) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the project, equivalent to at least 50% of the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC). The description of the eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, Section II (Instructions to Bidders) Bids submitted exceeding the relevant Approved Budget for the Contract shall be rejected.
