Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
DREDGING OF MALUYO CREEK AT NAGREBCAN, LUNA, LA UNION
1. The Municipal Government of Luna, La Union through the 5% MDRRM FUND intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract “DREDGING OF MALUYO CREEK AT NAGREBCAN, LUNA, LA UNION/LUNA LU 2025-06-062”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Luna, La Union now invites bids for “DREDGING OF MALUYO CREEK AT NAGREBCAN, LUNA, LA UNION”. Completion of the work is required at ___ CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
